Marianne's delicious basil pesto:
Ingredients- 1/3 cup pine nuts 3 cups basil 1 clove garlic 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 cup olive oil Instructions- Toast pine nuts in a dry skillet; let cool and then pulse in the food processor. Add chopped basil, garlic, and salt; then pulse Add Parmesan cheese and pulse Slowly pulse in the Olive Oil Enjoy!
