AWAKEN YOUR INNER SHAMAN; THE SPRING SERIES
I am leading a special workshop class in Encinitas, Calif on March 21st,2020. The class will be held at "The Soul of Yoga" located at 627 Encinitas Blvd. The workshop is called "Awaken Your Inner Shaman; the Spring Series". Four times a year renowned Yoga and meditation instructor, Chiara Stella offers a seasonal workshop, reflecting on and exploring the energies of each season. She has invited me to join her for the spring session, and I will be offering a variety of teachings helping the group to connect deeper to nature and to the awakening time of Spring. In my class we'll explore the various Realms of Nature, which include the Faeries, Devas, Nature Spirits and Gnomes and we'll learn how to connect and co-create with them. We'll also be exploring the amazing healing power of flowers as we each create a personal Flower Essence. We'll finish the session with a group meditation, creating a "Faerie Power Healing Circle", which is an amazing vortex of healing and balancing light co-created with the Faeries.
