The essence blends in this 5-piece kit have been created to assist our gardens to achieve a state of balance. Because our gardens are our reflection, we can also use them to balance our bodies and our lives as well.
To use them in the garden, you can hand sprinkle them, use a watering can, spray mister or hand-held pump sprayer or even place a few drops in an open palm and ask the garden energies to take what is needed. They are quite effective this way.
For ourselves, take a few drops under the tongue, spray a diluted mix on our bodies or place a few drops in our bathwater and let it soak in.
To discern which Essence Blend is needed for you or the garden, you can use your intuition by placing your hand on your heart and "feeling" the answer, or by holding each essence to your Solar Plexus to discern if it's needed or not. A pendulum works well for this too.
Each Essence Blend comes in a 1/2 oz green dropper bottle.
